How to Incorporate an Email Event Trigger (Opened/Clicked) into a Workflow

Step 1: Choose the primary trigger for your workflow and look for the email-related option.

Step 2: From the dropdown menu, choose the Email Events option.

Step 3: Select Add Filters.

Step 4: Choose Email Events from the filter options, then select the Event.

Step 5: Select the appropriate action – Clicked or Opened

Your new trigger is now successfully added to your workflow!
